No Smoking inside the homes

No Pets typically... special exceptions for well behaved bonfide family members with Pet cleaning and flea treatment.  No Puppies, or male un-neutered cats.... Sorry.

Not more than 2 people per bedroom... no couch sleepers.

These properties are in residential settings with caring full-time owner occupant neighbors.   Therefore NO Parties or events allowed on site.

50% of booking rate refunded if reservation is canceled at least 4 weeks before check-in date
